PICK-UP

We ask that you please pick up your babies by 3pm, if you have been notified of their completion. At times, we are busy taking care of many pets, and we are often here a little later.

Pets are groomed in the order of arrival. Completion times vary due to busy seasonal times and difficulty of the pet. Sometimes we can try to accommodate an “out” time. This is also dependent upon the time that you drop off. Please ask us if you need special drop-off arrangements.

OUR GROOMERS

My name is Lori Gwinn. I am 32 years old and from Rowlett, TX.  I’m a Pet Stylist and I have two dogs and a cat of my own--I love my job! I have groomed for about 15 years. For the past 13 years, I have lived in Oklahoma and groomed with PetSmart. I have two children, ages 10 and 12. In 2007, I graduated with a 4.0 and am now a certified Vet Tech Assistant. I love the medical field because it has helped me better care for all the fur babies I groom. It also helps having a medical background because we have many pets that are difficult to groom due to health issues that need to be watched out for while under my care. I am also certified in CPR for dogs and cats. I enjoy grooming because I feel I am helping people love and care for their babies and I wouldn’t change it for the world.
